5 Simple Steps to Success

That’s right. We’ve figured it out. You want to have major success in real estate? Then you need to eat, breathe and sleep these 5 steps. From our years of experience in real estate and lead generation, as well as picking the minds of and learning from our most successful clients, we’ve laid out the 5 steps you must take to make $30,000+ per month in commissions (actually, many of our most successful agents can gross over $50,000 per month). The steps are simple and easy to follow, but it will still take HARD WORK on your part to achieve the kind of success that leads to $50K + in commissions.

Step 1. Obtain as MANY leads as possible
It’s as easy as it sounds. Collect leads through several online lead generation services like GetMyHomesValue.com as well as traditional prospecting channels like ads, open houses, cold calling, referral trees, etc.

Step 2. Find out what your leads want and GIVE IT TO THEM.
Every lead wants something, whether a home value, listings to look at, more information, etc. It’s your job to give it to them! Don’t try to sell yourself every time you speak to them. If you build up trust and a real relationship, your leads willl naturally be sold on your services!

Step 3. Utilize an AUTOMATED follow up system
This doesn’t mean sending out emails regularly. Don’t just send out a letter outlining your credentials as an agent. Get creative, send newsletters with coupons or your favorite recipe with an ingredient included. Most importantly, GIVE YOUR LEADS A REASON TO CALL! Offer free home evaluations, mortgage pre-approvals, etc. The point is to get THEM to call YOU!

Step 5. Make monthly phone calls/call broadcasting

Don’t give your leads a chance to find another agent. Once you’ve sent regular emails and newsletters, it’s important to follow up with a more personal monthly phone call! You can utilize call broadcasting services that will automatically call every lead and leave a message if a machine picks up, or notify you if a live person answers so that you can call to speak with them immediately!
